RICHARD MOFE DAMIJO ON HIS 50TH BIRTHDAY

 Richard Mofe Damijo popularly known as RMD clocked 50 days back, but his friend and family organized a birthday bash for him on Sunday, July 31, 2011.
Held at Rev.Chris Okotie’s Household of God Church, Oregun, Ikeja,Lagos, the party was well attended by crème de la crème in the society.
King of comedy, Ali Baba and Teju Babyface were the anchors. Popular comedian, AY, however joined the duo after RMD’s closing remarks.
Welu Welu crooner, Sammie Okposo; sonorous singer, Yinka Davies and ghetto soldier, Daddy Showkey gave excellent accounts of their acts. There was also the artiste with the ‘Sax appeal’, Yemi Sax.
Guests really had enough to eat and drink from local to intercontinental dishes. There was also lots of souvenirs for the guests from hand bags to foot wears.
The party that officially started around 8pm was rounded off at 10pm with a vote of thanks by RMD.Some of the celebs at the event are; Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, Chike Ogeah, Bisi Olatilo, Patrick Doyle and wife, Ireti, Daddy Showkey and wife, Kenny Saint Brown, Cynthia Henshaw, Agatha Amata, Eni Balogun, Ramsey Noah, Tade Ogidan, Emeka Osai, Charles Novia, Segun Arinze, Funke Akindele, Nobert and Gloria Young, Chidi Mokeme, Freeze, amongst others
