Pres. Buhari & former 1st lady Lt. Hadjia Safinatu his 5 children from her- 1983. He was head of state 1983-85. They got divorced 1988, he then remarried a beautiful and educated Aisha Buhari who also gave him 5 children. Hadjia Safinatu died 2006 due to due to her diabetic illness.
