2nd Edition Of EdoJobs Business Clinic For The Month Of March

As part of efforts to boost capacity of entrepreneurs to scale their businesses, the Edo State Government has organised an 11months business clinic which kicked off mid-february, focusing on strategies for business expansion and access to finance.

The Edo Business Clinic which is an initiative of the Edo State Government and Edo  comprise training programmes, practical boot camps, Entrepreneurial Internships, Mentor-Protégé pairing, Extensive Networking opportunities and eventual seed-funding support.

Edojobs is an initiative of the Edo State government in Nigeria under the administration of Governor Godwin Obaseki. The initiative is aimed at tackling the high rate of unemployment in Edo State through skills acquisition and empowerment programs, in collaboration with various private and public organizations in Edo State such as EdoJobs, Edo Innovative Hub,Google, MartLaw, Oracles Artworld, Teennation, DotBob, GirlHub Africa, Siemens, etc.

The March edition featured important personalities, trainers/coaches, the likes of Efe Edanwen Iserhienrhien (Board Secretary Edo State Internal Revenue Service),  Barrister Edith Efam (Lawyer & Proprietor), Ukinebo Dare ( SSA to the Edo State Governor on Skills Development and Job Creation), Chunu Tejiri aka Teajay , Hope Peters, Harry Porbeni, Helen Nwaowe , Osama Iyawe Phd.  All involved in a detailed training session with participants enlightening them on job creation, starting and maintaining a business, as well as strategic marketing.
