Super Eagles Camp Opens In Asaba Ahead Of The Games Against South Africa And Uganda

22 out of the 23 Super Eagles players invited arrive Asaba camp ahead of AFCON 2019 qualifier against South Africa.



The Super Eagles will hold two training sessions in Asaba before flying to Johannesburg to face S.Africa. All except Samuel Kalu were present during training sessions which took place yesterday at the Stephen Keshi Stadium Asaba.

The AFCON qualifier against South Africa is scheduled for Saturday 17 November and a friendly game against Uganda on the 20th of November.

The Super Eagles also received visitors,Delta State Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa in company of Amaju Pinnick. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa pledged  N9m ( $25000) for every goal scored against South Africa on Saturday

Nigeria are top of Group of the AFCON 2019 qualifiers with nine points from four games and will seal qualification if they draw or win against S.A who shocked them to a 2-0 defeat at home in match day1.
