Mercy johnson sworn in as special assistant

Mercy Johnson Okojie who was appointed as the senior special assistant on entertainment, arts and culture to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state , has been sworn-in today.
She was sworn alongside 53 other people.

Speaking during the inauguration of the 54 senior and special assistants, Governor Bello warned the appointees not to see their appointments as an opportunity to enrich themselves.
He said his administration was determined to go after those who stole from the nation’s treasury in past years and recover such loot.
“We must go after them to recover the looted fund for use of the common people in the state,” Bello stated.
